بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ

পরম করুণাময় ও অসীম দয়ালু আল্লাহর নামে

١ وَالطُّوْرِ

১. কমস তূর (পাহাড়)-এর

1. By the Mount (of Revelation),

٢ وَكِتٰبٍ مَّسْطُوْرٍ

২. কমস (পাহাড়ী উপত্যকায় অবর্তীণ) লিখিত গ্রন্থের,

2. By a Book Inscribed

٣ فِىْ رَقٍّ مَّنْشُوْرٍ

৩. (যা রক্ষিত আছে) উন্মুক্ত পত্রে

3. In a parchment unfolded,

٤ وَّالْبَيْتِ الْمَعْمُوْرِ

৪. কমস 'বাইতুল মা'মুর'-এর

4. By the Much-frequented House,

٥ وَالسَّقْفِ الْمَرْفُوْعِ

৫. কমস সমুন্নত ছাদ (আকাশ)-এর

5. By the Canopy Raised High;

٦ وَالْبَحْرِ الْمَسْجُوْرِ 

৬. (আরো) কমস উদ্বেলিত সমুদ্রের,

6. And by the Ocean filled with Swell,

٧ اِنَّ عَذَابَ رَبِّكَ لَوَاقِعٌ

৭. আপনার প্রভুর শাস্তি নিশ্চয়ই সংঘটিত হবে,

7. Verily, the Punishment of your Lord will indeed come to pass;

٨ مَّا لَهُ مِنْ دَافِعٍ

৮. তা প্রতিরাধ করার কেউই থাকবে না,

8. There is none can avert it;

٩ يَوْمَ تَمُوْرُ السَّمَاءُ مَوْرًا

৯. যে দিন আসমান ভীষণভাবে আন্দোলিত হতে থাকবে,

9. On the Day when the firmament will be in dreadful commotion,

١٠ وَتَسِيْرُ الْجِبَالُ سَيْرًا

১০. পাহাড়সমূহ দ্রুত গতিতে চলতে থাকবে

10. And the Mountains will move;
